Judge Brian K. Epps — Georgia Court of Appeals

Judge Epps was appointed by Governor Brian Kemp as the 99th judge of the Court of Appeals of Georgia and sworn in on August 11, 2026. Judge Epps served as a U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Southern District of Georgia for thirteen years.

2026 LEAD Picnic (Saturday, October 24, 2026)

Law Enforcement Appreciation Day Picnic

Each year the Gwinnett County Bar Association, sponsors the Law Enforcement Appreciation Picnic which is well-attended by local officers and their families. The picnic is one of the larger projects sponsored by the Bar. This year, the picnic will be held at Rhodes Jordan Park in Lawrenceville on Saturday, October 24, 2026.

Please consider donating either your time or money (or both) to make the picnic the success it has been in years past. The Bar collects monetary donations which are then used to purchase door prizes for the officers and their families. Your donations will help us make this year's prizes the best ever!
